OSHC Coordinator – Churchlands

About the role

We are seeking a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our before‑ and after‑school care service in the Churchlands area. You will create a safe, welcoming environment where children aged 5‑12 can learn, play and thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators, manage rosters and day‑to‑day operations for the Rise then Shine (6:30‑8:30 am) and Stay and Play (2:30‑6:00 pm) programs.
• Design and deliver engaging activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Ensure compliance with ACECQA standards, maintain records and complete administrative tasks.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and supporting growth.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
• Relevant ACECQA‑recognised qualification (e.g., WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator).
