About the role
The OSHC Coordinator will lead a team of Educators delivering a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12 in Buranda. This permanent, full‑time position works split shifts, giving you a balanced day.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a child‑centred program featuring STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.
- Manage rosters, daily operations, compliance and administrative tasks.
- Foster an inclusive team culture and support Educators’ professional growth.
- Engage with families, schools and internal stakeholders to grow the service.
Required profile
- Working towards or holding a relevant qualification to be a 2‑Year Qualified Educator in Queensland.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Australian work rights and willingness to obtain National Police and Working with Children checks.
Required skills
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding.
