About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group at Wheeler Heights Primary OSHCare as an OSHC Coordinator, leading a team of passionate educators and delivering a dynamic before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run child‑centered activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, and arts & crafts.
• Manage staff rosters, day‑to‑day operations, compliance and administrative tasks.
• Provide a safe, engaging environment while fostering teamwork and professional growth.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding and developing a team.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• Possess a state working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Complete National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
