Organisational Change Manager – 12 Month Fixed Term

About the role

Datacom is seeking an Organisational Change Manager to lead the transition from Cherwell to ServiceNow. This 12‑month fixed‑term position will focus on change leadership, stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation to ensure a smooth migration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a change management strategy aligned with business objectives, identifying risks and defining success metrics.
• Engage executives, project teams and end‑users through workshops, training sessions and regular communications.
• Assess the current operating model, recommend process refinements and align new ServiceNow workflows with business needs.
• Oversee data migration, system integrations, testing and post‑migration support to maintain operational continuity.
• Design and deliver training programs, drive user acceptance testing and capture feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management within ITSM environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL frameworks and legacy‑to‑modern platform migrations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale transformations in Managed Service Providers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
