Operations Manager

About the role

Lead projects, drive operational excellence and make a lasting impact as an Operations Manager for a globally recognised provider of modular buildings, workforce accommodation and logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage modular building installations, refurbishments and service projects.
• Oversee project delivery, budgeting, quality assurance and compliance requirements.
• Lead operational, yard and installation teams to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage fleet operations and ensure assets are maintained to company standards.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.
• Support project scheduling, workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across operations.

Required profile

• Experience in construction, operations or project management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site‑based operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Construction White Card.
• Site Supervisor Licence.
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction (or currently completing).
