Operations Finance Manager

About the role

Join a leading FMCG manufacturer as Operations Finance Manager at the Huntingwood site, working closely with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team to shape financial performance and drive commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting for the site.
• Provide commercial insights to improve operational performance and productivity.
• Support capital investment, continuous improvement initiatives and product costing activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and cost optimisation.
• Manage and develop the site finance team while ensuring strong governance and controls.

Required profile

• Significant experience in FMCG, manufacturing or a complex operational environment.
• Strong finance business partnering with senior operational stakeholders.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline; CA or CPA qualified.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling capability.
