Operations Finance Analyst

About the role

KENT WORLDWIDE is seeking a commercially‑minded Operations Finance Analyst to support financial performance across its manufacturing and supply‑chain operations in Australia. You will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement teams, providing critical financial insights that drive efficiency and better decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to deliver actionable financial insights and performance improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for manufacturing sites.
• Prepare site‑based P&L statements and performance reports with meaningful commentary.
• Monitor and analyse key KPIs such as cost per unit, yield, labour, waste and efficiency.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and continuous‑improvement initiatives within manufacturing and supply‑chain processes.
• Assist with detailed product costing, inventory accuracy and cost‑control processes.
• Deliver clear dashboards and reports to stakeholders to support decision‑making.
• Contribute to system enhancements, reporting improvements and finance‑operations implementation projects.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• CPA/CA qualification or working towards it.
• Experience in a finance analyst role, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, supply‑chain or industrial environments.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
• Proven relationship‑building and stakeholder‑influence skills.
