OpenShift Consultant – Adelaide

About the role

Red Hat’s Consulting team is seeking an OpenShift Consultant to join its Adelaide office. You will lead on‑site delivery of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform solutions, helping customers build resilient, scalable and secure application platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Red Hat OpenShift at client sites, addressing technical and strategic needs.
• Design and implement sophisticated OpenShift solutions that integrate with existing networking, storage, security and identity systems.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD and Tekton.
• Provide ongoing support across multiple projects and industries, delivering high‑quality results.
• Communicate project status, risks and metrics to stakeholders and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Adapt solutions to evolving customer requirements and ensure day‑2 operations of the platform.

Required profile

• Experience in a consulting or similar role delivering enterprise‑wide deployments.
• Australian citizenship and security clearance at NV2 level or higher.
• Willingness to obtain Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification within 90 days if not already held.
• Ability to work onsite in Adelaide.
