Onsite Services Officer – IT Support (Sydney)

About the role

As an Onsite Services Officer at Lifeblood in Sydney, you will provide hands‑on IT support to keep critical systems and staff operating smoothly. This six‑month fixed‑term position involves face‑to‑face assistance for end‑users across multiple Lifeblood sites, ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote 1st‑ and 2nd‑level support for Windows, Office 365, Teams and desktop environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, peripheral and basic networking problems.
• Manage service requests and incidents, meeting agreed‑upon resolution times.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for end‑users, providing high‑quality customer service.
• Collaborate with senior team members and the onsite lead to address complex issues.
• Prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• Customer‑first mindset with proactive, solution‑focused attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and confidence engaging with users face‑to‑face.
• Experience in onsite IT support or service‑desk roles with strong hands‑on capability.
• Highly organised, process‑driven and able to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Windows operating environment.
• Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
• Desktop hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Basic networking concepts.
