Onsite Project Manager – Multi-Residential

About the role

Routy's Plumbing & Gas is seeking an experienced Onsite Project Manager to take ownership of a large multi-residential apartment project in the Perth metro area. The successful candidate will step into an active construction site, quickly assess the current status, build relationships with the existing team and drive the project to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assume day-to-day management of an existing live multi-residential project.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage programme schedules, quality standards, safety protocols and project budgets.
• Liaise with the builder, consultants and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee commissioning activities, defect resolution and final handover.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and regular reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi-residential apartment projects.
• Fully qualified plumber holding a WA tradesperson licence.
• Ability to take over a project mid-construction with minimal disruption.
• Highly organised, solutions-focused and strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of commercial plumbing and hydraulic services.
