Online Store Sales Assistant

About the role

Join Wholefoods House as an Online Store Sales Assistant, working at the Rosebery store where all online orders are picked, packed and dispatched. This casual position offers a supportive, inclusive environment and the chance to grow into a full‑time role.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately, handling items up to 25 kg.
• Maintain a clean and organised picking/packing station.
• Assist customers with order queries and provide courteous communication.
• Coordinate with the Online Store Supervisor to relay information and resolve issues.
• Support inventory accuracy and product representation on the online platform.
• Occasionally deliver orders using the company van.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Interest in health, wellness, organics and community values.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive a delivery van when needed.
• Physical ability to lift and carry at least 25 kg.
