Office Manager – Chief Executive Office (Hospitals North)

About the role
The Office Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Chief Executive Office for Hospitals North. You will provide high‑quality administrative support to senior executives and ensure smooth document flow across a busy health service environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative support services for the Chief Executive and the Executive Director of Operations and Performance, including staff rostering and resource allocation.
- Oversee document workflow, ensuring distribution, tracking, filing and security of complex, specialised, and confidential information.
- Continuously review and improve office procedures, systems and processes.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, managing performance and development.
Required profile
- Proven ability to work effectively in a health‑service setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Leadership experience with the capacity to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent planning, organisation and coordination abilities, able to handle pressure, competing priorities and change.
Required skills
- Experience with office management and information software and systems.
- Competence in executive correspondence and document management.
