About the role
Questas Group is seeking a proactive Office Administrator to manage the day‑to‑day operations of its Norwest head office. This part‑time, on‑site role offers 30 hours per week with flexible school‑hour scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee office management including supplies, catering, meeting‑room setup, mail, seating and staff inductions.
- Maintain facilities and building matters such as security access, contractor coordination and liaison with landlord.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team – scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and reconciling credit cards.
- Coordinate office and company events and arrange group travel.
- Manage property compliance documents, prepare option letters, update organisational charts and support the Group intranet.
Required profile
- Previous experience in office administration, reception or similar support roles.
- Strong organisational abilities with capacity to handle competing priorities.
- Professional, confident communicator who is warm and approachable.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a track record of taking ownership.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
