Occupational Therapist – Team Leader

About the role

Hanrahan Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead a multidisciplinary clinical team. You will inspire clinicians, ensure high‑quality client outcomes and support the growth of the team within a diverse range of settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality supervision sessions with clinicians and provide performance feedback.
• Support team members to achieve clinical utilisation targets.
• Assist management with recruiting clinicians who share the organisation’s values.
• Facilitate and continuously improve the new staff induction program.
• Maintain a positive team culture and ensure quality assurance across documentation.
• Manage site issues related to workplace health and safety, space allocations and resources.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading clinicians in developing their clinical skills.
• Considerable experience providing occupational therapy across a range of settings.
• Enthusiasm for working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Own vehicle and a current full driver’s licence.
