Occupational Therapist – Pediatric Focus

About the role

Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team at the Kingswood site of Cerebral Palsy Alliance, providing high‑quality occupational therapy to a predominantly paediatric caseload. You will work both on‑site and in the community, supporting children from birth to adolescence with complex disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goal‑directed OT interventions, including equipment and assistive technology prescription, delivery and review.
• Provide therapy in a variety of settings – clinic rooms, client homes, schools and community venues.
• Participate in specialised programmes such as the organisation‑funded baby clinic for children under two at risk of cerebral palsy.
• Collaborate with a clinical educator and manager to tailor your caseload to your interests and professional development goals.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle for community visits.

Required skills

• Experience with paediatric occupational therapy, including assessment and intervention planning.
• Knowledge of equipment and assistive technology prescription and management.
• Ability to liaise with families, schools and community services to coordinate care.

• Competitive salary graded between $80,000–$140,000 AUD inclusive of superannuation.
