Occupational Therapist – New Graduate (Adelaide)

About the role

Physio Inq is seeking a freshly qualified Occupational Therapist to join its community‑based team in Adelaide. You will receive structured onboarding, supervision and a gradual caseload to build confidence in community practice.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 1‑2 week structured onboarding program, including admin and orientation.
• Shadow senior clinicians before seeing clients and have senior clinicians observe initial appointments.
• Manage an average of four client appointments per day, increasing as confidence grows.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with a Team Leader and monthly case reviews.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about NDIS and community‑based occupational therapy.
• Willing to learn, ask questions and value supervision.
• Desire for autonomy with a safety net and a balanced workload.

Required skills

• Understanding of community occupational therapy practices.
• Familiarity with NDIS processes.
