Occupational Therapist (NDIS and Support at Home)

About the role

Better Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist for its Ravenhall team, working across the NDIS and Support at Home programs. The role suits therapists at all levels, from early in their career to those with many years of experience, within a small, close-knit multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design therapy plans in homes, day centres, parks and other community settings.
• Work with clients with diverse needs, covering activities of daily living, capacity building, assistive technology, equipment prescription and home modifications.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on complex cases.

Required profile

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist; limited registration may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• A valid driver's licence and personal vehicle.
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check, or willingness to obtain them.
• Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship will be considered.
