Occupational Therapist - Graduate Program 2027

About the role

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, is recruiting for its 2027 Occupational Therapist Graduate Program in Campbelltown. It is a 12-month structured program designed to help new graduates build confidence and clinical skills with support from experienced clinicians, rather than starting with a full caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 12 weeks of intensive induction training, then work with a reduced caseload for the first four months while developing clinical reasoning.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team serving clients across the lifespan.
• Take part in weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for the first six months, then fortnightly coaching sessions with clinic mentors.
• Be supported by a dedicated buddy throughout the program and join a graduate community of new hires.

Required profile

• Soon-to-be graduated occupational therapist, AHPRA registered or eligible for registration.
• Licensed driver with your own vehicle.
• Enthusiasm for joining a multidisciplinary team and growing your skills with support.
