About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national therapy services provider for NDIS participants, children, teens and adults, offers a graduate program for Occupational Therapists graduating in 2026. The program combines clinical work with business and people skills, with weekly supervision and mentoring, and aims to turn fresh graduates into confident clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants in the community or clinic
• Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy
• Advocate for and work with participants and carers to help them achieve their goals

Required profile

• Soon-to-be graduated Occupational Therapist
• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
• Licensed driver with your own vehicle
• Curious, compassionate and ready to learn
