Occupational Therapist – Flexible Full‑time/Part‑time Role

About the role

The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan and deliver therapeutic programs to improve functional abilities and quality of life for clients from NDIS, CHSP and private sources. The role works within a multidisciplinary team and offers flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical, cognitive and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance daily living skills and independence.
• Deliver evidence‑based individual and group therapy sessions for a range of conditions.
• Participate in case conferences, treatment planning meetings and interdisciplinary discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
• Valid Working with Children Check, Criminal Record Check and NDIS Worker Check.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Required skills

• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills for physical, cognitive and functional conditions.
• Experience or willingness to work with diverse populations and various health conditions.
