Occupational Therapist – Expression of Interest

About the role

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking passionate occupational therapists to join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence‑based care to clients with cerebral palsy and related disabilities across the lifespan.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one or group therapy sessions focused on fine motor development, daily living skills and community participation.
• Assist clients in selecting and accessing appropriate aids, equipment and home modifications.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech pathologists and exercise physiologists to deliver coordinated care.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Ability to apply evidence‑based intervention techniques.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.

What we offer

• Clinical salary range $80,000–$140,000 AUD per year (incl. super) with tax‑free packaging options.
