About the role

You will work with participants across homes, schools and the community, helping them build independence and reach their own goals. The role suits clinicians who want meaningful work, genuine flexibility and strong support.

Key responsibilities

• Functional capacity assessments
• Assistive technology assessments and recommendations
• Home modifications
• Capacity-building interventions
• NDIS-related supports

Required profile

• Qualified Occupational Therapist
• Current AHPRA registration
• Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred outcomes
