Occupational Health & Return-to-Work Coordinator

About the role

Join the health and safety team at Arbex, supporting employee wellbeing, occupational health, injury management and legislative compliance at the Millicent Mill. You will work closely with the wider Health & Safety team and Operations Leaders to deliver a holistic approach to workforce health.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Return-to-Work plans, claims and stakeholder relationships, providing professional advice and early‑intervention support.
• Deliver occupational health support and analyse data to inform policies and wellbeing programmes.
• Promote psychological‑safety resources such as EAP, onsite counselling, physiotherapy and other employee support services.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with self‑insurance and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in Return‑to‑Work coordination and strong knowledge of RTW legislation and early‑intervention principles.
• Background in occupational health, injury management or rehabilitation coordination.
• Understanding of psychosocial hazards and mental‑health support pathways.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using occupational health software systems such as Cority.
