About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Nursing Assistant Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant for its PPT facility on the Gold Coast. You will deliver engaging, fun and varied activities so residents have their best day every day, while also giving personal care and emotional support so they feel valued, safe and connected socially.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, fun and varied activities that keep residents motivated and happy
• Give personal care and emotional support to residents
• Help residents maintain strong social connections within the home
• Learn each resident's personal interests and find activities that suit them

Required profile

• Passion for aged care and for enriching the lives of older Australians
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Team player with a warm, welcoming approach
• Passion for building genuine relationships
