Nursing Assistant / Nutrition

About the role

Estia Health is recruiting a Nursing Assistant / Nutrition worker for its aged care homes. As part of a move to a more traditional restaurant model with front-of-house and back-of-house teams, the role helps residents with meals and drinks while supporting their daily lives. The position is based in Dalmeny.

Key responsibilities

• Help residents with their meals and drinks, following Estia Health's personalised meal service guidelines.
• Support residents' daily life so they feel heard, comfortable and well fed.
• Assist residents who require additional support and care.
• Help residents take part in meaningful and engaging activities.
• Act as a supportive friend to residents and respect each person's privacy and dignity.

Required profile

• A Cert III or IV in Aged Care.
• A true team player and great communicator.
• A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
