Nursing Assistant - Aged Care Home

About the role

Estia Health Cleveland is a modern high-rise aged care home with views over the bay, seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants to support residents' daily living and care needs. Shifts are available in the morning, afternoon and evening, and the role is supported by a Residential Aged Care Manager. Applications must be made through the online application form.

Key responsibilities

• Support residents with their daily lives so they feel heard, comfortable and well fed
• Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active
• Monitor residents' health and help with treatments
• Respect every resident's privacy and dignity

Required profile

• A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
• Team player and great communicator
