NPD Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to lead a complex portfolio of innovation and renovation projects in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. You will act as the central integrator across Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Procurement, ensuring smooth progress through gates and launch milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the NPD portfolio view, managing priorities, timing, dependencies and resourcing needs.
• Run the project delivery cadence, build and manage timelines, capture decisions, actions and due dates, and drive follow‑through to closure.
• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to align scope, readiness, costings and launch execution.
• Influence senior stakeholders and leadership to gain alignment, unlock decisions and remove roadblocks without formal authority.
• Improve and embed practical tools, templates and processes that make delivery clearer and more consistent.

Required profile

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and keep delivery on track using clear plans and stakeholder alignment.
• Confidence engaging with management teams and senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation and follow‑through skills, comfortable running forums, documenting outcomes and chasing actions.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks early and escalate appropriately.
