Nightfill Manager

About the role

The Nightfill Manager leads the night‑time replenishment team at a Woolworths supermarket, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are available for customers. This role blends operational planning, team leadership and a focus on sustainability through recycling.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead the nightfill team to meet carton rate targets and product availability.
• Drive stock availability while prioritising recycling and sustainability commitments.
• Oversee day‑to‑day department functions and collaborate with the store leadership team.
• Maintain a safe environment for team members and customers by following store safety processes.
• Support team development through coaching, performance feedback and leadership pathways.

Required profile

• Strong ability to engage customers and role‑model Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank).
• Commitment to safety and correct store processes.
• Desire to lead department operations and provide day‑to‑day support.
