Network Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Network Security Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our enterprise firewall landscape. The role combines hands‑on firewall administration, vulnerability remediation, and automation of security processes across a large, highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, and Cisco Firepower.
• Perform security remediation and vulnerability management activities.
• Review, implement, and optimise firewall policies and access controls.
• Troubleshoot network security incidents and support change‑management processes.
• Automate security and infrastructure workflows using Terraform, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure consistent security posture.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in network security or firewall engineering.
• Background in banking or large‑enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
