Network Credit Manager

About the role

Elders is seeking a Network Credit Manager to join its team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role supports the financial success of customers and businesses by assessing new credit applications, conducting client reviews, monitoring debtor exposures and helping manage credit risk, while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with major clients and help establish new credit accounts
• Assess financial information and evaluate credit applications for approval
• Monitor and coordinate credit reviews
• Prepare and/or review submissions for recommendation and approval
• Assist with dispute resolution and recovery actions
• Review over-limit or expired accounts and proactively engage the business
• Prepare reports and recommendations for GM Credit and/or Regional Management

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of credit management, supported by sound commercial and business management experience
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate, influence stakeholders and negotiate outcomes
• Experience in the agricultural industry or an understanding of agribusiness operations is highly regarded
• Current and valid driver's licence
