National Retail Channel Account Manager – New Accounts

About the role

Apple is looking for a National Retail Channel Account Manager to drive sales of Apple products and services across the retail sector. You will work closely with the Retail Channel Lead to develop and execute strategies that generate incremental business outcomes and deliver an outstanding Apple customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise, develop and execute sales initiatives for multi‑brand retail partners, distributors and online partners.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with partner representatives and conduct regular performance and planning reviews.
• Create reliable forecasts using Apple sales forecasting tools and collaborate with Reseller Operations to influence product supply.
• Plan and agree quarterly marketing, in‑store and online activities to meet sell‑through targets.
• Provide input to channel marketing programs and implement planogram initiatives in stores.
• Partner with Apple training teams to ensure partner sales staff are knowledgeable and confident in selling Apple products and ecosystem.
• Spend time in‑store to gather market insights and represent the Apple brand at the highest level.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing relationships with national retail partners or distributors.
• Strong analytical skills to develop accurate forecasts and drive sales performance.
• Ability to collaborate across virtual teams including operations, marketing, business development and field sales.
• Comfortable setting strategy and diving into detailed execution.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing the Apple brand.
