National Key Account Manager - Medical Aesthetics

Heng & Hurst is recruiting a newly created National Key Account Manager for its medical aesthetics business, based in Sydney and reporting to the Sales Director. The role leads the growth of a new national chains channel, building strategic partnerships across Australia's leading aesthetic clinic groups. It offers significant visibility and growth potential, with the chance to shape and build a national chains function within a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with national clinic chains and key stakeholders
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across the chains segment
• Lead tender processes, contract negotiations and account growth initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including medical, marketing, training and customer support functions
• Oversee implementation, onboarding and rollout of newly secured accounts
• Drive commercial outcomes while maintaining strong long-term customer partnerships

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, national accounts or business development within aesthetics or a related industry
• Demonstrated success managing complex commercial relationships and winning new business
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence at executive and operational levels
• Experience leading projects across multiple functions and customer groups
• A highly commercial mindset, confident to operate autonomously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, competitive and evolving market
