National Health & Wellness Advisor (Mon-Fri, 38 hours)

About the role

Sodexo is hiring a National Health & Wellness Advisor for its Balcatta Support Centre, reporting to the National Consumer Experience Manager. The role leads the national delivery, growth and continuous improvement of health, wellbeing and resident engagement programs across village operations, including the ThriveWFX initiatives covering physical health, mental wellbeing, social connection and healthy lifestyle behaviours. It involves regular travel to operational sites and sits within the Resident Experience Team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the national execution of the ThriveWFX strategy and annual activation calendar, coordinating campaigns, challenges, initiatives and awareness events
• Design and deliver health promotion, education and behaviour change programs, and partner with internal and external wellbeing providers
• Engage residents across demographics, gather their feedback and support village activation campaigns
• Travel nationally to villages, build relationships with Village Managers and operational leaders, and coach site-based ThriveWFX team members
• Monitor compliance, brand standards and delivery consistency, and share best practice between villages
• Act as the national subject matter expert, and measure participation, engagement and satisfaction metrics and ROI

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in health and wellbeing roles
• Experience developing and implementing national or multi-site wellbeing programs and working with geographically dispersed workforces
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and partnership management, and regular site travel
• Degree or tertiary qualification in Health Promotion, Public Health, Exercise Science, Health Science, Behavioural Science, Wellbeing or a related discipline
• Relevant health, wellbeing or project management certifications desirable; hospitality, facilities management or accommodation experience preferred
