National Engagement Lead

About the role

TIACS, a not-for-profit, social purpose early intervention counselling service providing free, professional, confidential and accessible phone and text counselling to tradies, truckies, farmers, apprentices and the wider blue-collar community, is recruiting a National Engagement Lead. The role builds trust and connection across blue-collar worksites, industry settings, apprentice training institutions and community fundraising activities. It is not a clinical role: it focuses on credible presence, plain-language engagement and clear pathways into support. The position is based in Brisbane with national travel, non-standard hours at times and strong organisational support.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear pathways into support through plain-language engagement
• Work in a Brisbane-based role with national travel and flexibility of hours aligned to a national scope

Required profile

• Permanent full-time position
• Availability to attend the Head Office in Brisbane in routine intervals
• Experience and a hands-on, relationship-led approach to engagement
