National Account Manager - Power Tools, Retail Hardware

About the role

A growing consumer products business is looking for a high-performing National Account Manager in Melbourne to manage some of Australia's key retail hardware customers. The role involves taking ownership of major national accounts, building strong customer partnerships and helping deliver commercial growth across the Australian market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies
• Manage commercial negotiations
• Drive ranging and promotional activity
• Identify new opportunities to grow both the customer and the business

Required profile

• Proven National Account Management experience in a similar category; power tool experience preferred
• Experience managing national retail hardware channels
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to account growth
• Strong analytical, planning and forecasting capability
