About the role

Join ACCIONA’s 2027 Graduate Program as a Commercial & Contracts Graduate in Sydney. You will gain hands‑on experience across commercial and contract management within a leading regenerative infrastructure company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation, negotiation and administration of contracts for construction projects.
• Assist commercial teams with cost analysis, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
• Participate in three rotational assignments to develop a broad understanding of ACCIONA’s operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
• Graduated within the last three years (2024‑2026).
• Willingness to travel and work on construction sites locally, regionally and interstate.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
