National Account Manager – Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics

About the role

Subemo is seeking a commercially driven National Account Manager to lead the Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics portfolio across key retail partners in Australia. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will own end‑to‑end account management, driving sales growth, market share and strong retailer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and account plans to exceed sales, profit and market share targets.
• Lead product launches, promotional activities and joint business plans with major retailers.
• Manage forecasting, inventory planning, ranging and business reviews to optimise stock and sales performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through sales analysis, market insights and category development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, negotiate terms and expand strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery of commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of account management or sales experience within a multinational environment.
• Background in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances or related categories with exposure to major Australian retailers.
• Established network of retail buyers and decision‑makers across Australia.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities, including forecasting, inventory planning and business analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
