National Account Manager - Grocery Sales

About the role

JBS Pork Australia, part of the global JBS group, is looking for an experienced National Account Manager based in the Port Melbourne head office. Reporting to the National Business Manager - Retail, the role drives growth, profitability and customer engagement across key retail accounts such as ALDI, Costco, Harris Farm Markets and independent retail MSO groups. It manages and grows the Fresh Meat and Value-Add portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic customer relationships across key retail and independent grocery accounts to drive profitable sales growth.
• Lead joint business plans, promotional programs, tenders, category reviews and market activation initiatives aligned to customer and channel strategy.
• Deliver sales, volume and profitability targets through pricing, trading terms and commercial recommendations.
• Manage forecasting inputs, promotional investment and claims administration to support business performance and supply planning.
• Provide commercial insights, performance updates and strategic recommendations to support customer and business growth.

Required profile

• Proven national or key account management experience, ideally in an FMCG environment.
• Experience managing relationships with ALDI, Costco and independent retail customers or similar major retailers.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is desirable.
