About the role
The Multilingual Medical Information Specialist provides high‑quality medical information services for designated clients and products, handling enquiries in Korean and English and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer technical medical enquiries via phone, email, letter or fax using accurate, professional responses.
- Translate documents between English and Korean and deliver translated responses.
- Log all enquiries in the Enquiry Handling System and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints in line with SOPs.
Required profile
- Degree in life sciences, pharmacy or equivalent.
- Native Korean speaker with fluent English.
- Strong translation ability and excellent written/oral communication.
- Detail‑oriented with solid planning, prioritising and organisational skills.
Required skills
- Medical information enquiry handling.
- Translation (English ↔ Korean).
- Adverse event and product complaint reporting.
- Computer literacy and use of medical information databases.
