Multi‑Discipline Construction Supervisor

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Multi‑Discipline Construction Supervisor to lead daily civil and structural works on a critical Defence infrastructure project in Tindal, Northern Territory. The role is site‑based, coordinating subcontractors, plant and materials while ensuring safety, quality and compliance with Defence standards. Flexible work options include a weekly Drive‑In‑Drive‑Out arrangement from Darwin or full relocation to Tindal.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural construction activities in line with programme, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant and material deliveries to maintain efficient site operations.
• Conduct site inspections, maintain daily reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with Defence specifications, standards and quality systems.
• Act as a safety ambassador, promoting a strong safety culture and full health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Monitor progress, assist with planning and sequencing of works.
• Track site activities and costs, identify budget variances and support cost control.
• Contribute to risk management, issue resolution and continuous improvement on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor on civil and structural infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong understanding of Defence standards and high‑compliance environments.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site logistics effectively.
• Experience in site inspections, reporting and quality assurance.
