MRI Technician – Hope Island

About the role

Qscan Group is seeking a qualified MRI Technician to join its Hope Island clinic on the Gold Coast. You will perform a variety of MRI examinations in a supportive, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care while maintaining confidentiality and safety.
• Perform MRI examinations and associated administrative tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Assist in developing imaging policies and manage data within the RIS/PACS system.
• Adhere to workplace health, safety and radiation safety regulations.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration and a Radiation Use Licence.
• Willingness to obtain ASMIRT MRI Level 1 certification (or already held).
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Operation of MRI equipment.
• Knowledge of RIS/PACS data management.
• Understanding of radiation safety procedures.
