About the role

Reliance Care Medical Centre is seeking a qualified MRCGP doctor to join its multidisciplinary team in Truganina, VIC. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering evidence‑based primary care to a diverse community population.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order, interpret and act on investigations, and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Coordinate care with allied health professionals and the on‑site rehab gym.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Participate in patient education, preventive health programs, and multidisciplinary case discussions.

Required profile

• Current MRCGP qualification (or equivalent) with full, unrestricted registration in Australia.
• Proven experience in general practice, including chronic disease management and acute presentations.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
