Moxy Operator – Civil Earthworks

About the role

We are seeking experienced Moxy Operators to join our team at the Yandi mine, delivering safe and efficient haulage for Rio Tinto’s mining operations. The role follows a 2/1 roster, alternating one week of night shift with one week of day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a 40‑tonne Moxy truck in conjunction with an articulated dump truck to move material across the site.
• Maintain strict safety standards and adhere to site‑specific procedures.
• Follow the 2/1 roster schedule, ensuring reliable performance during both night and day shifts.
• Complete pre‑employment medical checks and comply with all licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating a 40‑tonne Moxy truck.
• Current HR licence and White Card.
• Nationally accredited tickets relevant to heavy‑vehicle operation.
• Australian working rights and ability to pass a pre‑employment medical.
• Strong time‑management and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
