Mobile Developer – Finance Super App

About the role

We are looking for a passionate mobile developer to help build BJAK’s finance super‑app for Android and iOS. You will join a fast‑growing, globally distributed team that is redefining how people manage money, from insurance to payments and investing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS.
• Create simple, intuitive flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to turn complex journeys into usable mobile experiences.
• Integrate APIs, handle edge cases, loading states, errors and production issues.
• Improve app performance, reliability, crash rates and overall user experience.
• Support rapid product launches, experiments and iterative improvements.
• Help set high standards for mobile quality across the super‑app.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience on Android, iOS or both.
• Strong product sense with a focus on mobile UX and performance.
• Ability to work independently, own tasks and ship without heavy supervision.
• Experience shipping production‑ready apps used by real users.
• Comfortable analysing APIs, analytics, crash logs and production feedback.
