Mobile Coordinator – OSHC (Canberra)

About the role

The Mobile Coordinator supports Junior Adventures Group’s Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across Canberra, travelling between sites to provide leadership, program delivery and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily operational and leadership coverage for multiple OSHC sites.
• Lead, mentor and coach teams of educators.
• Design and deliver engaging programs including sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking and wellbeing activities.
• Manage compliance, safety and operational standards.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, schools and team members.
• Assist with roster management, administration and program planning.

Required profile

• Working towards or holding a qualification to be a First Qualified Educator in the ACT (ACECQA).
• Experience leading teams in OSHC, childcare, education or a similar environment.
• National Child Safety Training completed prior to onboarding.
• Current and valid Working with Children Check.
• Australian work rights and willingness to travel between services.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
