Mobile Application Developer – AI Neobank App

About the role

We are looking for an Android engineer to shape the native experience of KIRA’s AI‑powered Neobank app. You will create clean, high‑performance mobile flows that let users manage insurance, payments, claims and other financial services on the go.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Build end‑to‑end mobile journeys for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and broader financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs, ensuring stability, security and reliability.
• Optimize app performance, crash rates, loading times, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and production data to continuously improve the product.
• Implement AI‑assisted experiences where they add genuine value.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong fundamentals and a track record of shipping production apps.
• Deep knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android architecture.
• Solid understanding of mobile UX, usability edge cases and user flows.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.
• High ownership, fast execution and a focus on product quality.
