Mixed or Small Animal Veterinarian

About the role

A leading regional hospital since 1978, Warrnambool Veterinary Clinic is looking for an experienced veterinarian to join its large, supportive mixed practice team. You can also work in the Port Fairy satellite clinic, either a few days a week or as a sole charge role with independence. Caseloads are tailored to whether you prefer mixed practice or companion animals.

Key responsibilities

• Small animal medicine and surgery, with many workups kept in-house
• Mixed and production animal work, including a strong dairy focus
• Opportunities to develop in dentistry, surgery, herd health or your own special interests

Required profile

• Confident, collaborative approach with a passion for quality care and lasting client relationships
• Experience in mixed or small animal practice
• Ability (or interest) in working sole charge in a supported environment
• Genuine desire to keep learning and developing
