Community Podiatrist

About the role

Stream Healthcare is recruiting a Community Podiatrist through a partnership with a leading Allied Health provider, based in Warrnambool, Victoria. The role offers the flexibility and autonomy of community-based practice, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, with a diverse caseload and the chance to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality podiatry services to clients in their homes and within the community.
• Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of foot, ankle and lower limb conditions.
• Provide routine podiatry care, diabetic foot assessments, high-risk foot care, nail and skin care, footwear advice and orthotic recommendations where appropriate.
• Develop personalised treatment plans to support clients' health, mobility and independence goals.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, client-centred care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to professional development and best practice.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Current Australian driver's licence.
• National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain them.
• A passion for community-based care and positive client outcomes.
