Mine Site Cleaner – Full‑time (Remote)

About the role

Cater Care Australia is seeking a dedicated Mine Site Cleaner to join its CCS Operations team at Ravenswood Mining Village, Queensland. This permanent, full‑time position operates on a 7‑day, 7‑night roster and focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the mining site.

Key responsibilities

• Clean offices, crib huts, and bathhouses on the mine site.
• Perform common‑area duties such as emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning stock according to the scope of works.
• Provide fast, effective service during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Assist the broader team with additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as a utility, all‑rounder, cleaner or housekeeper.
• Friendly, customer‑focused service mindset.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
• Pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
• Valid driver’s licence (automatic or manual).
• Australian permanent residency.
• Willingness to obtain police clearance and complete a pre‑employment medical assessment.
