Mid‑Weight Creative Artworker / Designer (Remote, Australia)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Weight Creative Artworker / Designer to join our partner advertising agency’s key client on a fully remote basis (Australia only). The role bridges creative concepts and production, ensuring all visual assets are pixel‑perfect, on‑brand, and ready for both digital and print deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and format design files for print, digital and social media, managing colour profiles, bleeds and dimensions.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop visual concepts, campaign assets and brand collateral.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across typography, imagery and layout.
• Adapt campaign deliverables to multiple formats such as website banners, EDMs, social ads and presentation decks.
• Perform image retouching, basic manipulation and layout updates based on feedback.
• Organise, maintain and archive design files and templates in the digital asset management system.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Artworker or similar role, preferably agency‑based.
• Strong self‑management, reliable internet access and experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace).
• Ability to take constructive feedback, iterate quickly and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Familiarity with Figma, After Effects or Canva is a plus.

What we offer

• Contract position for 1 month, 30 hours per week.
• Daily rate of $400 AUD inclusive of superannuation.
• 100 % remote work – you can work from anywhere in Australia.
